It's very similar and in fact....damn bundy also said he would do TDM vids ok............... what do we do here bundy's better at doing TDM video's probably ok you do your text/pics and nifrek will do vids based on the same info although I have to admit, even thouygh we win atm, i think I try to time too much stuff and don't do as well :P well I was going to make it kojn (kojak)'s 1on1 nexuiz guide it really should be something that others can add to later there's little things in nexuiz I do that people don't, mortar jumps, hagar jumps broken up into sections multiple 1v1-related guides so like...if someone wanted to make a vid specific for ...final_rage they could add that that's the idea I had behind that website you would have vids that you submit within the same section others would also submit vids Well I was going to do a guide based on my own experience ok that's fine I haven't really been active properly for a good few months now so i need to get better again well, bundy said the same thing but the truth is that you really don't need to be perfect in fact and this is what I told him... bundy is way more active then me :) if he takes a 1v1 match and commentates overtop of it...and he makes mistakes, then he can point out those mistakes and it actually makes for a better presentation more complete more useful I did a 1on1 commentary a while back I was just going to do (like on thresh's quake bible) 4-5maps also http://www.unreal.fr/images/pages/unrealtournament/utbible/menu.htm http://www.unreal.fr/images/pages/unrealtournament/utbible/info.htm ok, I'm going to be helping to organize between you, nifrek and bundy and pavlvs (movement) and this is why I started up a Nexuiz Community Team NCT by the way, reason i wanted to make sort of my own nexuiz guide (bible) of people who will help me keep this stuf organized is probably because I've had the most success in 1on1 in nexuiz so, just to let you know, you will be contacted by some NCT people about this ok yeah it's great that you have your name attached I just wanted you to know that the 1v1 section will have other vids too most likely, map-specific guides like add-ons "here is what I do on soylent" etc Ok, how will it be layered out, 'kojn's bla bla bla guide' it could be. sure then other content from other members seperate? I had in mind different sections http://www.circlefusion.com/projects/nexuiz/ listed at the top right I imagined under each of those sections would be a list of sub-sections one of them could be kojn's 1v1 guide and when they click on that...they see this page with the rows showing each chapter" the example in the mockup would be a "Nexuiz basics" guide I dunno how detailed you want to get. You could go through basics in the first couple of chapters and then chapters 3, 4 and 5 could be commentating actual 1v1 matches or something make sense? no ;) yea it does :-) Mine will be based around the same style as UT and thresh's bible Thresh at his time was the best QW player by far oh right, I also imagined this would contain text guides too. Not just video so if you had a text/pic guide then it could be one of the options and ocr*Flocutus, played at this time arguably the best UT TDM team Well, I have some demo's of little things I have done before there's stuff people just don't do in games like the triple-jump to the MH on aggressor also when i played dIM in the last 1on1 tournament, think it was winner bracket's final He was at MH we both knew mortar armour was coming afterwards So i spam, let him take MH, mortar jump up and wait at the entrance going into the mortar room on final_rage I timed-it right so that i wasn't waitin too long for him to come in prediction like that I use mortar more often cause for me it's easier to control and works nearly everytime also, people who are smart enough listen to the laser being used no one expects a mortar jumper ;) are you gonna start with basics? for 1v1 Yes simple stuff like... listen for sounds and use that to help tracking ok so Basics and Advanced :) whats happening to nexuizclans.com?
